We seek someone with proven Scrum/Agile experience, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive mindset ready to build a structured delivery environment. Strong candidates will have previous roles in both startups and mature companies, bringing best practices from both worlds.
Responsibilities: Establish sprint rhythms, create async workflows, develop reporting structures, and optimize delivery processes.
