AI Agent Builder & Operations Specialist - Flexible Ongoing Role

We are an Australian health services business seeking an AI Agent Builder & Operations Specialist to create and optimize AI agents for tasks such as newsletter creation, content production, and lead qualification. This ongoing role requires about 5-10 hours per week, starting with the initial development of agents and continuing with their maintenance and refinement. You will collaborate directly with the founder and take ownership of this process.

Requirements: Experience with no-code platforms like MindStudio, strong AI prompting skills, and the ability to connect AI tools to CRMs and email platforms. A background in marketing ops is a plus.

Responsibilities: Build and refine AI agents, connect them to business tools, set up workflows, and propose new ideas. This role is firmly rooted in AI platform expertise, not software development.
