Fractional CTO for Cyprus-Based Startup (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Fractional CTO to join our Cyprus-based startup. The ideal candidate will be a Cyprus resident and an EU citizen, with a strong background in technology leadership and innovation. This role involves guiding our technical strategy and overseeing the development of our products.

Must-have qualifications:

• EU citizen or EU long-term work authorization.
• 8+ years full-stack; 3+ years leading small teams, preferred experience in AI/ML.
• Experience with multitenant SaaS using Python and TypeScript/Next.js.
• Proficient with Supabase and n8n in production.
• AWS production ops knowledge is essential.

Comfortable acting as an authorized signatory for technical documents and releases.
