n8n Integration with Messaging API & GPT for Customer Support

We're looking for an experienced developer to set up an n8n workflow that integrates a messaging platform API with OpenAI GPT to automate customer support tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Integration of a messaging API with n8n
- Setup of automated workflows for handling incoming messages
- Connection to OpenAI’s GPT API to generate dynamic responses
- Logging and tracking of conversations
- Basic error handling and fallback mechanisms

Ideal candidate:
- Deep experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud)
- Skilled in API integrations and webhook setups
- Familiarity with OpenAI GPT usage and prompt handling
- Background in automating customer service tasks is a plus
