The goal is to create an intelligent voice agent capable of handling incoming phone calls, communicating naturally, answering common questions, and automating workflows.
Responsibilities: Design, build, integrate, test, and deploy the complete AI receptionist workflow. Ensure it can answer calls automatically and collect details, qualify leads, manage appointments, and perform follow-up tasks.
Requirements: Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation, AI voice agents, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and deployment. Familiarity with various AI voice technologies and integrating with calendars and CRM systems is also crucial.
