AI Automation Specialist for E-commerce Brand

We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand looking for an AI Automation Specialist to build and maintain automations that streamline operations. You'll directly work with the founder to enhance efficiency by automating customer support, order operations, reporting, and marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:
Develop an AI agent for email and WhatsApp triage, streamline order fulfillment with WooCommerce, create daily KPI reports, and establish automated content pipelines.

Requirements:
2+ years in production automation, expertise in n8n or Make, and strong API knowledge. Proactive attitude and documentation skills are essential.
