We’re a direct-to-consumer telehealth company seeking a part-time Technical Project Manager who can lead our systems and automation strategy. You’ll audit our tech stack, map our patient lifecycle, architect automation roadmaps, and manage contractors to implement your designs.
Responsibilities: Audit our full tech stack including Healthie (EHR), n8n (automations), and Stripe (billing). Identify automation opportunities and manage the implementation of solutions.
Requirements: Experience with telehealth or subscription health companies, hands-on experience with Healthie’s API, and comfort with n8n or similar platforms. Prior experience as a fractional CTO or technical PM is preferred.
