Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing operations, conduct system integrity audits, analyze customer feedback, and evaluate software solutions. You'll ensure accuracy and operational readiness across various platforms.
Requirements:
3-4+ years of operations experience, strong proficiency in Excel, basic coding knowledge (Python, SQL, or n8n preferred), and exceptional communication skills. Experience in telehealth is a bonus!
