n8n Workflow for Website Forms to CRM with Notifications

We need an n8n workflow that captures website form submissions, sends them to our CRM, and triggers instant notifications via email and/or WhatsApp.

Requirements: Ensure no duplicate or lost leads, implement error logging for submissions, and provide a short handover document detailing the workflow maintenance.

The first milestone will involve creating an end-to-end flow for one form to CRM with notifications. Success will lead to extensions for additional forms and sites.
