We're a telehealth company with 1,500 active patients and a focus on hormone replacement therapy and weight loss. We need a part-time Technical Operations Lead (10-20 hrs/week) to own our automation strategy. This role involves auditing our tech stack with Healthie (EHR), n8n, Zoho CRM, and others, while mapping the patient lifecycle to identify automation opportunities.
Responsibilities: Develop an automation roadmap, manage outsourced contractors, and make ongoing technical decisions. This role is crucial for scaling our operations and requires someone with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Requirements: Experience with Healthie’s GraphQL API, knowledge of patient lifecycle in telehealth, and proficiency in workflow automation platforms like n8n.
