Join a dynamic project as an Automation Ops Manager, where you'll oversee the delivery of AI and automation solutions. Your role includes building workflows in n8n, integrating various APIs such as OpenAI and Twilio, and managing a small team of freelancers. You'll be expected to ensure that two automations go live each week, supported by daily updates and performance tracking.
Minimum Requirements: Fluent English, 1,000+ Upwork hours with a strong success rate, proven experience in building automations, and familiarity with AWS.
Compensation & Terms: $8–20/hour, 90-day contract-to-hire, with performance bonuses available. Fast-paced tasks and immediate deadlines are a part of the role.
