We run a recruiting agency using a custom-built CRM based on Laravel and Vue.js. Currently, many tasks like entering and tagging candidates and job postings are done manually. We want to automate key parts of the workflow and integrate AI-based features step by step.
Your Tasks:
- Auto-fetch and auto-tag job postings
- Auto-tagging candidate profiles based on CVs
- Semantic/AI-based matching and enhancing tag-matching
- Automated follow-up emails and status-based workflows
- Email inbox integration to manage communication in-CRM
- Long-term evolution of the CRM.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Laravel & Vue.js, knowledge of OpenAI, ability to connect automations, and bonus skills in scraping or tools like n8n.
