The role requires immediate availability and a commitment to 4 hours per day, focusing on tasks such as employee records management, recruitment support, payroll assistance, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will provide consistent and efficient administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR operations and maintain employee records.
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Organize company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
