We are seeking an experienced AI Voice Automation Specialist to build a multilingual AI call receptionist for inbound and outbound calls using Twilio.
The system should handle calls in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Punjabi, and Farsi), book appointments to Google Calendar, send SMS follow-ups, transfer calls to human agents when necessary, and generate call summaries and logs.
Project Scope: Initial setup, testing, basic documentation, and two weeks of technical support post-delivery.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with Twilio Voice, building AI phone agents, familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier), and strong understanding of conversational AI flows.
