Join My Legal Academy as a Technical Solutions Manager, where you'll design, build, and troubleshoot technical systems for law firms. You'll work closely with the Client Experience team, ensuring they understand and effectively use the systems.
The role involves working with AI tools like Claude & Claude Code, and integrating projects involving APIs, CRM systems, and automation platforms. Experience with GoHighLevel and familiarity with legal platforms will be beneficial.
We're seeking someone technically capable, curious, and able to take ownership of their work while managing multiple projects and solving problems independently.
