We are an AI-powered marketing and automation agency seeking a reliable Operations Coordinator to help build and maintain internal and client-facing automation systems. Your role involves translating business goals into clear workflows, building and maintaining automations using n8n, Zapier, and Make.com, and coordinating tasks among team members.
Responsibilities: Documenting processes, monitoring automations, troubleshooting issues, and improving reliability over time. Must possess strong experience with no-code/low-code automation, be comfortable with APIs, and have good communication skills.
