We’re looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us automate part of our recruitment process inside Workable. Your task will involve automating CV parsing and utilizing AI to screen and score applicants based on their CV and application responses.
Scope:
• Automate CV parsing and structured data extraction.
• Use AI to screen and score CVs and written responses.
• Automate candidate stage movement in Workable based on scores.
• Set up fallback triggers for borderline cases.
Requirements:
• Experience with Workable or similar ATS.
• Strong n8n or Make skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools for text parsing and analysis.
• Proven ability to deliver efficient automation projects.
