We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Auditor to verify the performance of automation and AI systems for our small business clients on GoHighLevel. This ongoing, part-time role involves testing workflows, confirming automation triggers, and providing structured reports on findings. You won’t be making changes but will ensure that all systems run as promised.
Responsibilities:
- Test client workflows end to end.
- Validate AI agent responses and automation triggers.
- Cross-reference client accounts against scope documents.
- Flag discrepancies and write concise reports for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and systematic testing.
