We are seeking an expert in automation and conversational AI to develop a phone call automation system. The system will automatically answer incoming calls and detect user intent in three categories: Technical support, Product purchases, and Reservations.
It will tag calls based on categories, record details in Airtable, and send relevant WhatsApp messages to users. Escalation to a human agent is also integrated for supervision.
Requirements: Proven experience with Make or n8n integrations, knowledge of conversational AI and voice APIs, as well as proficiency in WhatsApp Business API.
