AI-Driven Phone Call Automation with WhatsApp & Airtable

We are looking for an expert in automation and conversational AI to develop a phone call automation system. This system will automatically answer incoming calls, detect the user’s intent in categories like technical support, product purchases, and reservations, and tag each call accordingly.
The information will be recorded in an Airtable sheet, and a WhatsApp message with useful information will be sent to the user based on their request. If necessary, conversations can be escalated to a human for supervision.
Requirements: Proven experience with Make or n8n, knowledge of conversational AI platforms, and proficiency in WhatsApp Business API.
Bonus: Experience in automation for hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce.
