We're seeking an experienced Retention Marketing Manager to optimize member retention and expansion revenue for our subscription and membership businesses. This fully remote, long-term position requires proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel), and AI automation (e.g., n8n, Make.com). You'll manage the entire member lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal—while directly reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities: Manage lifecycle marketing, data analysis, and execute copywriting tasks. Ensure high member retention rates and develop strategies for member engagement and upsell opportunities.
Requirements: Expertise in lifecycle marketing, superb English communication, experience with retention metrics, and strong project management skills.
