We are seeking a skilled individual to manage client onboarding and keep our GoHighLevel (GHL) flow running smoothly. Key responsibilities include uploading new clients to GHL with correct tags and pipelines, and ensuring all paperwork is obtained to activate AI agents promptly.
The role requires familiarity with GHL, as well as experience with Blotato and n8n for automations. You will interact with clients via email or Slack to confirm necessary documentation and relay the completed onboarding to our technical team.
This part-time position may evolve into a full-time role as the company expands.
