We are an AI-driven hiring platform assisting US startups in hiring remote engineers. We want to automate our lead generation by scraping job boards and extracting key information from remote engineering job posts.
Your job involves building an AI agent that identifies these posts and sends structured data into our CRM or Slack. You will need to set up CRAWL4AI to scrape job boards, use n8n with OpenAI (or DeepSeek) to extract relevant details, and send alerts or structured data.
Requirements: Python experience, familiarity with CRAWL4AI or scraping libraries, knowledge of OpenAI or DeepSeek APIs, understanding of site scraping rules, and familiarity with n8n or similar automation tools.
Nice to have: CRM automation experience and familiarity with job boards and lead generation workflows.
