You’ll oversee a portfolio of 5 SME clients, acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting, client queries, and workflow monitoring. Your role involves working within n8n, Airtable, Instantly.ai, Clay, and Apollo to ensure smooth automation operations. You will not be building automations, but rather maintaining existing systems and addressing client concerns promptly.
Requirements: Experience with at least 3 of the following: n8n, Airtable, Instantly.ai, Clay, Apollo. Strong written English and availability during UK business hours (9-5 GMT) are essential.
