We are hiring a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist for our automation agency. This role focuses on cold outreach through emails and calls, lead research, and sales closing. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, confident on calls, and have experience in generating and closing leads.
Role Responsibilities: Research and build lead lists, perform outreach, explain automation services, and maintain CRM reporting.

Compensation: $10/hr base rate plus 5% commission on closed deals and long-term growth potential.
