We are a fast-growing US-based ecommerce and manufacturing business seeking a Fractional CTO to lead our technology strategy and ERP ecosystem. This high-impact leadership role requires designing scalable systems, managing developers, and ensuring all business functions are connected through a unified tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Strategy & Implementation: Own ERP strategy, lead implementation, and define workflows.
2. Technology Architecture: Audit the tech stack and oversee integrations between ERP and ecommerce platforms.
3. Developer Management: Lead development teams to ensure quality delivery and prevent technical debt.
4. Business Thinking: Identify inefficiencies and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 8-12 years in technology leadership
- Strong ERP experience and project delivery
- Experience in fast-scaling environments.
