Improve n8n AI Document Processing System

We are seeking an AI & automation developer to improve our document processing system built with n8n AI agents, which extracts data from receipts and invoices. The system is functional but has bugs that need fixing. Your primary tasks will be to enhance error handling for low-quality images and improve the RAG component that provides context for complex layouts.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of RAG, AI agents, and prompt design, with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing n8n workflows.
