We are hiring an experienced AI engineer to launch a smart conversational agent that can handle appointment bookings via EHR API integration. You will collaborate with our product and dev teams to turn a defined process flow into a working AI solution, ensuring usability for non-technical staff.
Responsibilities: Build a production-ready conversational assistant that can understand patient requests, schedule appointments, integrate with the EHR system via API, and be managed using low-code/no-code interfaces.
Requirements: Experience with AI/LLM-based chat agents, knowledge of API integration, strong communication skills, familiarity with low-code tools like N8N, and bonus if you have experience with EHR systems.
