We are seeking an experienced n8n + AI automation developer to create an operations automation system for a freight forwarding business. The system will automate the extraction of shipment details from inbound emails using the Claude API, source rates through automated email requests to agents, conduct structured negotiations with human checkpoints, and draft client quotes from templates.
Additionally, it will send automated follow-ups and log all activities to Google Sheets/Drive while connecting to Wafeq for invoicing. A complete written specification is available to serious applicants, including system architecture, data schemas, and more.
Requirements: Proven experience with n8n and AI integrations. Freight/logistics domain expertise is a bonus but not essential.
