Senior AI/LLM Application Engineer

Join a project building a proprietary AI-driven intelligence platform for a 26-year commercial real estate brokerage aimed at a $90M+ exit within 3 to 5 years. We're looking for a Senior AI/LLM Application Engineer to work alongside a fractional CTO to create a proprietary application layer. Your tasks will include conducting a technical inventory, designing a PostgreSQL database schema, building initial data ingestion pipelines, and developing scoring and matching engines.

Requirements: Strong experience with LLM APIs, PostgreSQL, vector databases, Python or TypeScript, and integrating no-code platforms via API. Must be able to provide specific examples of previous relevant work.
