Outbound & AI Automation Specialist for Lead Generation

We are an affiliate management agency seeking a full-time Outbound & AI Automation Specialist to manage our outbound lead generation efforts. This role requires creating targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, executing email campaigns using Smartlead, and automating processes with AI agents like Claude or Codex.
The candidate will work remotely (40 hrs/week) under the guidance of the Sales Director and should possess proven results in B2B outbound engagement, strong writing skills, and familiarity with marketing in the DTC and ecommerce space.
Requirements: Expertise in lead generation, sales automation tools (n8n, Zapier), email deliverability knowledge, and experience with AI agent development.
