Position: n8n Automation Development team (Recruiting & Sales Workflows)
We’re looking for a skilled n8n Developer to design, build, and optimize automation workflows that support our recruiting and sales operations. The ideal candidate has deep experience with process automation, candidate data sourcing, and seamless API integrations across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust n8n workflows to streamline key business processes in recruiting and sales.
- Implement and customize HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) for sales automation and candidate outreach, ensuring smooth lead tracking and engagement.
- Develop workflows to enhance candidate sourcing, integrating data from platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Connect and manage multiple third-party APIs and data sources to build scalable, high-performing automations.
- Continuously optimize and troubleshoot workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and managing workflows in n8n.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including its automation features, API, and data architecture.
- Background in candidate sourcing and experience working with databases, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Solid understanding of API integration and working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for customizing workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.

- Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools or intelligent sourcing workflows.
- Background in SaaS, recruiting tech, or sales-focused environments.
