We're seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to coordinate daily workflow and manage communication between our international team. You'll build and manage our Kanban client pipeline in Notion, prepare client contracts, and ensure quality control of technical deliverables.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Italian, experience with Notion, PandaDoc, and Stripe. Assertive and detail-oriented to hold freelancers accountable. Part-time availability (10-15 hours/week) with potential for more hours.
