Fractional CTO for Proptech Start-up (Hourly Rate: $200 - $400)

A seasoned Fractional CTO is needed for a Proptech spinout aiming for a $90M+ exit. The role involves architecting proprietary applications and supervising a senior builder. The focus is on creating a SaaS software asset from an existing AI-driven CRE platform using GoHighLevel, N8N, and OpenAI API.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current technology stack and develop a build vs. buy decision tree.
• Design proprietary database architecture.
• Create a 12-month engineering roadmap and supervise the engineering team.
• Prepare technical documentation ready for due diligence.

Required Experience:

• Senior tech leadership at a scaled B2B SaaS.
• Experience with acquisition diligence and tech strategy.
• Informed opinions on modern AI architectures.
