n8n Workflow Developer for Shopify Automation

Seeking an experienced n8n specialist to build automation workflows for my Shopify store. I have n8n installed on my server and need guidance with app connections, focusing on three workflows:

1. Daily Sales Tagging: Add a 'sold_today' tag to products that sold that day.

2. New Listing Tagging: Tag products listed on the same day.

3. Unsold Product Cleanup: Remove 'sold_today' tag from products not sold in 20 days.
