Fractional Operations Lead / COO

We are a boutique consultancy based in the UAE looking for a fractional Operations Lead / COO to oversee and manage critical operational tasks. The role involves reviewing monthly invoicing, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with DPA/GDPR agreements, and directing our operations assistant.
This position is part-time, approximately 3-5 hours a week, and is fully remote. Ideal candidates will have genuine experience in senior operations, excellent judgment skills, and familiarity with financial processes and oversight.
Requirements: Senior operations experience, strong financial acumen, excellent written English, and discretion handling confidential information.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with UAE corporate tax, VAT, and experience in automation/process improvement.
