We are hiring a GTM Automation and Growth Engineer to build, connect, and scale our omni-channel B2B lead generation systems using AI and automation. This hands-on role requires you to explore solutions, build systems, and maintain reliable workflows. The position starts part-time and could grow into a full-time role in 3–4 months based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain GTM automation systems, implement workflows with Clay, n8n, and AI tools, and improve outbound channel efficiencies. Collaborate across departments and remain updated on new technologies.
Requirements:
2+ years in GTM or automation roles, hands-on experience with automation platforms, and strong execution skills.
