Responsibilities: Manage inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, picking/packing, and shipping coordination. Build SOPs and enforce accountability within the team. Drive improvements in order cycle time and inventory performance.
Requirements: 7+ years in operations leadership within ecommerce, proven success in warehouse management, and strong experience in process design. Familiarity with automation tools like n8n is essential.
