We’re a U.S.-based web design and marketing agency seeking a reliable GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant to assist with client automation, CRM setup, and workflow management.
Tasks Include: Building funnels, forms, and pipelines in GHL; creating workflows and automations; managing client sub-accounts; QA/testing automations; and light project coordination.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of GHL experience, fluent in English, detail-oriented, and available during U.S. business hours.
Bonus Skills: Experience with Zapier, Integromat, n8n, Canva, WordPress, or ChatGPT.
