We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented IT Specialist to support and streamline our operations through system maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting across various platforms. This is a full-time remote role requiring 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot WooCommerce issues, manage WordPress updates, maintain custom scripts, build workflow automations using Zapier and N8n, support Airtable configurations, and provide tech support for Google Workspace.
Qualifications: 2+ years in IT support, strong expertise in Zapier and N8n, experience with WordPress, Airtable, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
