Join as the Head of Onboarding & Ops for a multi-brand SaaS and eCom company. In this role, you will stabilize chaos, automate systems, and manage workflows across 4–5 brands. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding processes, managing Slack, Airtable, and Notion infrastructures, and ensuring accountability across operations.
Who You Are: A system-first operator who excels at building structures in Airtable and can effectively juggle multiple tasks. You should be proactive and capable of creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) efficiently.
Required Tools: Notion, Airtable, Slack, Zapier or n8n. Experience with Discord and Reddit is a plus.
Initial monthly rate is between $2,000 and $3,500, with a flexible start date and 30–40 hours per week.
