Help Needed for n8n AI Assistant Workflow

I'm working on a workflow for an AI assistant that reads incoming emails and classifies them as customer support or not. Currently, I face an issue at the tracking node, where it checks for a customer order number. After marking it as customer support, it fails to proceed to the agent that replies to the email. I'm looking for someone who can assist me with this setup.
