We are seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to embed AI and automation into our marketing and operational workflows in Lisbon. This role focuses on execution, working closely with our marketing and ops teams to create smarter workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Understand content cycles, identify automatable wins, design and implement practical automations for content generation, lead management, and data hygiene. Deliver at least two automations per month with clear ROI.
Requirements: Proven experience in marketing automation, strong understanding of marketing processes, and ability to communicate AI capabilities to stakeholders.
