The Hostkeeper, a premium vacation rental management company in Belgium, is seeking a Tech Lead Specialist & Backend Operations expert. This role involves managing systems and operations for properties listed on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
Responsibilities: Setup and run PMS/channel manager, manage dynamic pricing tools, onboard new properties, handle maintenance tickets, and optimize listings for growth.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience managing short-term rentals, familiarity with PMS/channel managers, strong process orientation, and excellent English skills. On-call rotation for urgent guest issues is expected.
This is a part-time role initially, with the potential for full-time as the business grows and the opportunity to become Head of Operations.
