AI Systems Operator (Long-Term Role)

We're looking for a full-time AI operator to build and manage AI systems across our business. This long-term role involves developing AI agents and automation workflows, focusing initially on a creative production system that generates over 100 ads per week.

Responsibilities:
• Build and implement AI systems in marketing and operations.
• Research new tools and workflows for efficiencies.
• Own the project end-to-end, ensuring delivery of functional AI solutions.

Requirements:
• Experience with tools like Make, n8n, or Claude API.
• Proven record of shipping AI workflows that deliver real results.
