We are building an AI Voice Agent platform for service businesses in the US. The role requires a senior developer experienced with Retell AI and Twilio to handle voice agents that manage calls, bookings, and CRM integrations. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and automating internal processes to enable faster development of future agents.
Responsibilities: Optimize Retell-based voice agents, manage Twilio routing, create automation workflows with n8n, integrate CRMs and custom APIs, document processes, and join client calls as needed.
Key Requirements: Proven Retell AI experience, Twilio voice expertise, strong automation skills, and the ability to create repeatable workflows with documentation.
