This project entails developing a comprehensive CRM automation system tailored for the real estate sector. It involves integrating WhatsApp Business API for automated messaging and lead management, AI calling bot integration for outbound calls, and email automation systems to streamline communication with leads. Additionally, we aim to implement AI-driven recommendations based on uploaded property data and improve lead generation through scraping and validation of contact information.
Important Requirements: Full ownership of hosting, modular design for future upgrades, and a user-friendly interface are essential. Post-delivery support is also preferred.
Deliverables: Backend development (preferably using n8n), web scraping bots, AI integrations, and an admin dashboard for comprehensive lead management.
