Senior AI/Automation Developer for Voice Agents

We are seeking an experienced AI/automation developer (or team) to design, build, and deploy four AI-powered voice agents for a growing business. Each agent will handle different stages of the customer journey, including inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, sales closing, and client sentiment collection. Expertise in Retell, n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Make.com is required.
Responsibilities:
• Develop AI Voices with Retell.
• Configure conversational flows, handle error cases, and automate workflows integrated with GHL.
• Conduct testing and QA to ensure scalability and stability.
• Provide maintenance and support after deployment.
Required Skills:
• Proven expertise in Retell and n8n.
• Advanced knowledge of Make.com and GHL.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
