We're a modern CPA and advisory firm seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Manager to support our team and clients in accounting operations, financial reporting, and FP&A initiatives.
This role combines hands-on accounting with higher-level financial planning and includes managing month-end close processes, preparing financial statements, overseeing AP/AR, and collaborating with leadership to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end and quarter-end close, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, maintain accounting systems, and identify process improvements.
Qualifications: 5+ years in accounting or FP&A, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
