Automated Outreach Specialist Needed for Client Acquisition System

We are seeking an Automated Outreach Specialist to build and manage an automated client acquisition system. The successful candidate will implement a comprehensive process for identifying and connecting with potential clients who are actively hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build an automated system to scan job boards for active hiring companies.
- Develop a process to input potential client information into our CRM (Clay).
- Create tools to identify decision-makers at target companies.
- Implement methods to find work/personal emails and phone numbers of key contacts.
- Design personalized outreach templates and set up automated LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Track conversion metrics from outreach to client acquisition.

Technical Requirements:
- Experience with web scraping and automation tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Clay.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation and email finding tools (Apollo, Lusha, Hunter).
